Welcome to Twisted Mind Games. Our team is currently working on Day of the Aliens, a 2D graphical point-and-click adventure game.
Currently we aren't in need of new team members, however we are considering the possibility of including voice acting. If you are interested in being a voice actor let us know.

The Day of the Aliens project is back on track. In mid-2007 we re-launched the project with a new and devoted team. We are no longer working on a demo, but are instead focusing on completing the full game of DOTA. A weekly updated estimate of our progress can be seen below:

Following the progress the game has been making recently, the site is now completely up to date. All the info around the site has been updated, and we now have a weekly progress chart.
As more of the game is completed we'll be adding content like screenshots from the game

So I realized that DOTA recently had its three-year "anniversary".
At least, the first member(s) of the forums did on May 19.
I'm glad that we're still forging ahead after all this time

August 5th 2005
After numerous meetings and discussions, we have come to a final decision regarding the development of Day Of The Aliens and its demo.
We have decided to postpone the development of the full version of Day Of The Aliens to give us time to work on a 'tech demo' for the game. This demo will feature a significant amount of gameplay in the same style as that of the full version, but will take place in a scene which will not make an appearance in the full version of the game.
The main goals behind creating this demo are:
-To give players an idea of what they should expect to see in the full version of the game.
-To test how well our the games engine runs on different computers, to enable us to optimise the full version of the game to work on as many different computers as possible.
-To collect feedback from players on what they think of the gameplay, graphics and other aspects of the game. All feedback will be read carefully and taken into account when work resumes on the full version of Day Of The Aliens.
To fulfill our last two goals, a survey will be created to allow anyone who plays the game to communicate their opinions and experience with the demo. The forums will also remain open for the discussion of certain points in the game.
The decision to base the demo around a part of the game which will not be included in the full version was made because we thought that it would be the best way to give players and idea of the gameplay without ruining the plot of the full game.
The official team that will be going through to create the demo will be*:
Project Leader
James Isaac
2D Artist
Michael Olsen
Aly McInulty
3D Artist
Steve Bottelbergs
Programmer
James Isaac
Designers
Derek Kee
Michael Olsen
Matthew Lewis
Musician
George Nerantzis
Dialogue Writers
Gordon P. Hemsley
Tom-Erik Enger
The demo will be released some time in the near future, but no release date is currently set. Keep checking back on the site for more updates on the progress, and for a possible release date.
* This list is still subject to change at any time. A latest version should be available on the "Team Members" page of the main site.
